At Maxx Power, we stand behind the quality of our product. If you are not satisfied with your experience, we offer a 100% refund of the purchase price under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be initiated within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.

• The product pack must be returned with at least 9 out of 10 capsules intact.

• Only purchases made directly from our official platform or verified partner links are eligible.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Email us at maxxpower@gmail.com with the subject line: “Refund Request”

• Include your:

• Full name

• Date of purchase

• Contact number

• Reason for return (optional but appreciated)

We will reply within 24–48 hours with the nearest return address.

You will be responsible for securely packing and shipping the unused product to the provided location.

3. Refund Timeline

• Upon receipt and verification of the product, the refund will be processed within 2–4 business days to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs (if any) incurred during return are not refundable.

4. Exclusions & Limitations

• Refunds will not be granted if:

• The product is returned empty or damaged beyond verification.

• Return is initiated after 10 days from delivery.
